Richard Bednarek
Richard started his career in the financial sector, then spent over 20 years with a $500m global management consultancy.
As an owner and member of the holding company board, he chaired the audit and valuation committees. As a consultant he led a global practice and worked with many of Europe’s leading companies at board or top executive level.
Richard is an active early stage investor and is a Non-Executive Director of a number of investee companies.
Gérard Legtmann
Gérard has more than 20 years of CEO and board level experience across multiple sectors and geographies with major listed companies including GE, ABB, Brambles and Wolseley as well as with private equity backed small and medium sized companies.
He has a multi-cultural background and speaks French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
Gérard is actively involved in early stage investment and Board member of a number of investee companies.
Adrian Reeve
Adrian has 20 years’ leadership experience in private and publicly quoted companies, with sales of £5m to £530m and 6 years in strategy and business transformation consulting.
He founded Blueray Capital in 2009 and, following 4 years in the alternative finance sector, now leads its Commercial Finance business.
